Telehealth Services can be provided to anyone in California

State law and professional ethics require therapists to maintain confidentiality except for the following scenarios:

Suspected past or present abuse/neglect of children, dependent adults, and elders based on information provided by the client or collateral sources

If the therapist has reason to suspect that the client is seriously/imminently in danger of harming him/herself or has threatened to harm another person

A situation where a minor could be in danger

There is a legal case where the mental/emotional status of the client is an issue

I accept cash and checks made out to Jennifer Uhlman (in-person only), and any major credit cards (in-person or telehealth).

In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you are responsible for payment for the missed session.
